For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and c7cc with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

c7cc reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the c7cc platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

c7cc may, at its sole discretion, notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via the email address associated with their Account. However, the absence of such a notification does not affect the validity or enforceability of the amended Terms once published.

• These Terms apply to all services offered on the c7cc platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and all future features added to the platform.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the definitive version.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To access the full range of c7cc services, including placing wagers, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

One Account Per Player: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on c7cc. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. c7cc reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all Accounts found to be duplicates, and to forfeit any funds or winnings associated with those Accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide the following accurate details:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• A valid and active email address that you control and monitor regularly.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet (where applicable).
• A secure password that meets c7cc's minimum complexity requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. c7cc will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify c7cc immediately at [email protected].

c7cc operates a robust age verification process. At the point of withdrawal — and at any earlier stage at c7cc's discretion — Players will be required to submit valid proof of age, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has opened an Account on c7cc, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act promptly.

c7cc also encourages parents and guardians of minors who use shared devices to make use of parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites. Reputable tools are available from internet service providers and third-party filtering services.

• Minimum age to register: 18 years.
• Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• c7cc may request proof-of-age documents at any stage without prior notice.
• Accounts confirmed as belonging to underage users will be closed and deposits returned.
• Any winnings accumulated by an underage user will be voided and are not payable.

All funds on the c7cc platform are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7cc supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposits, withdrawals processed within 1–4 hours BST.
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum ৳500, processing up to 24 hours BST.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard — subject to card issuer approval and standard processing times.

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 via mobile wallet; ৳500 via bank transfer. Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 via all methods. Maximum withdrawal limits are communicated within your Account settings and may vary based on Account verification status and payment method.

c7cc does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit arrives in your Balance in full, and the full withdrawal amount is transferred to your nominated payment method. Note that your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction fees independently of c7cc; c7cc has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review and KYC verification check before processing. c7cc aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above. c7cc reserves the right to delay processing where additional verification is required or where suspicious activity is detected on the Account.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. c7cc does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

c7cc offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by c7cc are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are displayed on the individual promotion page before you opt in.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account Balance display.
• Winnings generated while wagering Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus Funds that expire before the wagering requirement is completed are forfeited without cash value.
• c7cc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already accepted in good faith by Players who have begun wagering.
• Players who are enrolled in the c7cc self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or redeem promotional bonuses during their exclusion period.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to systematically exploit promotional mechanics, or coordinating with other Players to abuse bonus structures — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

c7cc reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing bonus-derived winnings for withdrawal, in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Players who disagree with a bonus-related decision may raise a formal dispute by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed decision.

By using the c7cc platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all Players at all times:

• Lawful Use: You must only use c7cc for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to c7cc or other users.
• Accurate Information: All information provided to c7cc — including registration details, KYC documents, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and complete. You must notify c7cc promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
• Single Account: You must not register more than one Account on c7cc. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must notify c7cc immediately at [email protected] so the duplicate can be closed.
• No Automated Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access c7cc, place wagers, or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other Players or disrupts platform operations.
• Fair Play: You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or collude with other Players to gain an unfair advantage. Any suspected match-fixing, collusion, or cheating will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not access or use c7cc from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of c7cc is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in, at c7cc's sole discretion: issuance of a formal warning; suspension of your Account pending investigation; permanent closure of your Account; forfeiture of Account Balance and any pending winnings; and reporting of relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

c7cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by c7cc.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Detection of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Detection of bonus abuse, use of automated betting systems, or collusion with other Players.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to KYC verification and pending wagering requirements, will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal method within 5 business days of the request being processed.

Closure Due to Breach: Where an Account is closed by c7cc due to a breach of these Terms, c7cc reserves the right to withhold any Balance, winnings, or pending bonuses pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, those funds will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from c7cc for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within two hours BST of receipt and may not be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Further details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction. c7cc makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of c7cc complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
