A time-out is a short-term break from gambling. During a time-out, your c7cc account is suspended and you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

c7cc offers the following time-out durations:

• 24 hours — a single day's break to reset after a heavy session

• 7 days — a full week away, recommended after a significant loss or emotional trigger
• 30 days — a month-long pause, suitable for players who want a longer reset without a formal self-exclusion record

To activate a time-out, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Time-Out, select your preferred duration, and confirm. The suspension takes effect within 15 minutes. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. All pending withdrawals will still be processed during your time-out period.

Self-exclusion is a formal, binding decision to stop gambling at c7cc for an extended period. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period ends. It is the right choice for players who recognise that gambling has become, or is becoming, a serious problem in their lives.

c7cc takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously. Once a self-exclusion is active, our team will:

• Immediately suspend your account and block all login attempts
• Remove your contact details from all marketing and promotional mailing lists
• Block any new account registrations attempted using the same identity, mobile number, or payment wallet
• Process any pending withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days BST
• Void any active bonuses — no bonus terms will be used to withhold your real-money balance

How to Request Self-Exclusion

  Identity Confirmation

  Our team will reply within one business hour BST to confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity to ensure the request is being made by the Account holder. This protects you from third parties attempting to exclude your account maliciously.

  Account Suspension

  Once your identity is confirmed, your account is suspended immediately. You will receive a final confirmation email. Any real-money balance is ring-fenced and returned to you via your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account within 5 business days.

  End of Exclusion Period

  When your self-exclusion period ends, your account will NOT be automatically reactivated. You must contact [email protected] to request reinstatement. Our team will conduct a brief welfare check before restoring access, giving you one final opportunity to reconsider.
